You may use the VIZU website for personal shopping, account management, product discovery, and customer support. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or harmful information.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

We work to keep product images, descriptions, prices, colors, stock, and availability accurate. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, supplier updates, or operational changes.

If an error affects an order request, we may contact you to confirm, update, or cancel the request before fulfillment.

During the first launch, checkout creates an order request. It does not complete an online card payment. Our team confirms payment, delivery, availability, and any required details with you before fulfillment.

An order request is not final until VIZU confirms it. We may decline or cancel requests affected by stock issues, incorrect information, suspected fraud, operational limits, or pricing errors.

Shipping, return, and refund terms are described in the Shipping Policy and Returns Policy. Some products, including custom prescription lenses or hygiene-sensitive items, may have special limitations.

You should inspect products promptly on delivery and contact us quickly if an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was confirmed.

The VIZU name, storefront design, copy, photography, code, and related materials belong to VIZU or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
